Terms of Use - viawise (UK)
Last updated: 2026-05-11
1. Introduction
These Terms govern your use of the viawise web application and related services (the “Service”). Some features may be limited, changed, paused, or withdrawn while we improve the Service. By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Viewing public pages (such as these Terms) does not by itself create an account or give you access to the authenticated Service.
2. Who We Are
viawise is operated by Viawise Solutions Ltd (England and Wales).
Company Number: 16489324
Registered Address: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H9JQ
3. Eligibility, Access, and Pricing
Viawise is currently only available to users aged 18 or over. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you must not create an account or use the Service.
The Service may include public access and invitation-only/private access. We may refuse, suspend, or withdraw access at any time, for example to protect the Service, enforce eligibility, manage usage, or protect other users.
Viawise is currently provided free of charge. Free access is not guaranteed permanently and may be changed, limited, suspended, or withdrawn. We may introduce paid plans or paid features in future, but we will tell you before any charges apply and will not charge you unless you choose to continue on paid terms.
4. Intellectual Property
Viawise owns the Service, including the software, design, branding, workflows, product content, frameworks, prompts, and related materials. These Terms give you a limited, personal, revocable right to use the Service while you have access. They do not transfer any ownership of Viawise intellectual property to you.
You must not copy, reproduce, scrape, resell, reverse engineer, decompile, extract product logic from, or use Viawise materials to build a competing service, except where the law allows.
You keep ownership of content you provide to Viawise, as described in Section 7.
5. Accounts and Security
- You may need an account to access the Service.
- You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Tell us as soon as possible if you believe your account has been compromised.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service unlawfully or to infringe others’ rights.
- Attempt to bypass access controls or security measures.
- Upload malware, abuse the Service, or disrupt other users.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law.
- Use automated means to scrape or overwhelm the Service.
7. Your Content
You may submit content to the Service (for example text you type or paste into tools, reflections, or other inputs). You keep ownership of your content.
You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, and display your content to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service.
Please do not submit highly sensitive personal data (for example government ID numbers, medical information, or anything you would not want stored).
8. Data Retention (Not a System of Record)
viawise is not a system of record. You should not rely on the Service as your only place to store important information.
As we improve the Service, we may change, reset, delete, or migrate data. We may also suspend or withdraw access. Where reasonably possible, we will try to avoid unnecessary loss, but we do not guarantee that any specific data will be retained for any specific period.
If something matters to you, keep your own copy outside viawise.
9. AI Features
viawise includes optional AI-assisted features (for example suggestions and summaries). When you use an AI feature, relevant inputs may be sent to our AI provider to generate an output. AI outputs may be incorrect, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. You are responsible for how you use them.
Do not rely on AI outputs as professional advice. viawise is not a substitute for professional guidance.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Service Availability and Changes
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Features may change, break, or be removed, and the Service may be interrupted or withdrawn without notice.
